Digital Products
All digital products (email templates, downloadable files) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
If there is any technical issue, we will provide support or a replacement file.
Custom Design Services
50% advance payment is required before work starts. Advance payment becomes non-refundable once the project begins.
Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification within 5–10 business days.
